When you sign up with us, you will receive a reusable dry cleaning/garment and laundry bag with your first scheduled pickup. Our bags are identified with a discreet barcode in the corner that will identify you as a customer. No more forms to fill out, no more waste, and better handling of your clothes. |

| Because nobody expects you to do your laundry at work, we don’t expect you to pick it up during working hours. At My Fresh Shirt, you schedule a pick up and delivery within a 2 hour service window of your choice. Since we deliver up until 11:30 PM, you can count on us to be there when you are. | ||||

Standard turnaround time is 2 days. In the case that our professional cleaners find that an item needs special attention, we will promptly notify you via text message or e-mail detailing the concern. |

In order to provide the most convenient service, we even took the ordering process out of doing your laundry. Set a recurring order with us, and we will come by to pick up your laundry on the day and 2 hour service window of your choice. You can set up a recurring order every week, two weeks, three weeks, or month. |

My Fresh Shirt makes doing laundry even easier if you live in a doorman building. Now, you don’t have to be present when scheduling a pick-up or delivery. Go through your regular My Fresh Shirt scheduling routine, and pick up and drop off with your doorman as desired. To take convenience a step further, if your building is registered with My Fresh Shirt, you don’t even have to go through the standard My Fresh Shirt order process. Just leave your laundry with your doorman, and we’ll handle the rest. Special scheduling will apply, depending on your building’s operating hours.
